Event Requirements & Information
- Payment:
- Fee: £50 for the weekend, £30 for one day
- To reserve a 3m x 3m pitch/stall, please pay 50% deposit on booking and the balance no less than 28 days before the market to the CRCA CIC Bank Account 30698286 Sort Code: 52-30-04
- Should the CRCA CIC have to cancel the event, a full refund will be provided.
- Arrival Time:
- Please arrive at the southern end of Castle Road (Kent Road junction) between 8 am and 10 am on both days to set-up your market stall. Vehicles must be removed by 30 am. You will be met by a CRCA steward at the bollards to guide you to your spot. Parking is available in the surrounding roads, a parking space or free parking permit for the day will be provided on arrival.

- Equipment:
- The CRCA has a limited number of branded and weighted gazebos available for hire at a cost of £15 for one day, or £25 for both days. Please contact Phil to request one. Alternatively, please provide your own weighted gazebo.
- Please note that no power is available on the road.
- Access to toilets for traders is provided by businesses in Castle Road.
- Insurance, Food Hygiene and Risk Assessment:
- The CRCA is insured for the overall event. Traders must have their own insurance for their stall. By signing this agreement, you confirm that you are insured.
- If you will be serving food/drink, please provide a copy of your current food hygiene certificate.
